Course Purpose

This course is designed to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among educational leaders. It will empower students to become lifelong learners and effective leaders of professional development within their respective organizations. By exploring contemporary learning theories, developing personalized learning plans, and engaging in reflective practice, students will enhance their leadership skills, stay abreast of emerging trends in education, and cultivate a lifelong commitment to professional development.
