Course Purpose:

This course provides students with a foundational understanding of fundamental leadership and management principles. It explores key theories, concepts, and practices essential for effective leadership in diverse organizational contexts. Students will develop an understanding of their own leadership styles, learn essential management skills, and build a strong foundation for further study in leadership and management.

Course Expected Learning Outcomes
