Course Purpose:

The purpose of LRM 812: Strategic Resource Management is to equip students with the necessary tools and frameworks to strategically manage organizational resources, ensuring that they can effectively allocate and utilize resources to achieve overarching business objectives. The Course focuses on the strategic allocation and utilization of resources to achieve organizational goals.
