Course Purpose

The purpose of LRM 813: Organizational Behaviour and Leadership is to explore the interplay between leadership and organizational behaviour, allowing students to understand how effective leadership can shape organizational culture and influence employee behavior and performance. The students will examine the interaction between leadership and organizational behaviour.

Course Expected Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the course, the students are expected to:

  • Evaluate how leadership influences organizational culture.
  • Understand and critique behaviour within organizations at individual, group, and structural levels.
  • Apply leadership skills to influence organizational behaviour.
