Course Purpose:

LRM 5011: Decision Making in Leadership equips students with the theoretical foundations, practical skills, and ethical frameworks necessary to excel in leadership roles across diverse contexts. The Course focuses on developing critical thinking, strategic decision-making, and effective leadership behaviours, enabling graduates to navigate complex challenges, lead high-performing teams, and drive organizational success.
